  • What do the marketing services include?

    When you make a binding application to be an exhibitor, you will receive our marketing services, which include the following:

    • Entry in the exhibitor and product database of the Interzoo website
    • Exhibitor profile incl. company description with address, contact details, logo, booth number and link to company website
    • Assignment to product groups (list of products), presentation of two products or services
    • E-codes (electronic admission voucher codes for your customers) and voucher reporting in our TicketCenter
    • Use of digital assets to promote your trade fair presence
    • Entries in the list of exhibitors and list of products of the Interzoo App
    • Entry of company name and stand number in the exhibition guide (issued free to all visitors)
    • Display of exhibitor's press releases in the press center
  • What is the AUMA fee?
    The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges a fee of EUR 0.60 per square metre of exhibition space for the representation of your interests.

    The organizer collects the corresponding amount to forward it to the AUMA.

  • How do I update and optimise my online profile in the Exhibitors & Products section?

    Use the SelfService in your personal exhibitor area to autonomously update and further optimise the contents of your online profile. Within a few minutes, you can edit the content of your company profile or product/service profiles quickly and easily at any time.

  • Is the direct sale of exhibition goods to visitors permitted?

    As Interzoo is purely a trade fair, the sale of exhibition goods at the stand is not permitted.

  • How can I hire a complete rental stand?
    Design and rent your complete stand really easily online using our exhibition stand configurator. A complete stand is the cost-effective alternative to an individual stand. The smart modular system provides a lot of scope for your design ideas and offers you simple complete solutions.
  • Can I dismantle my stand before the official end of the exhibition?

    We ask for your understanding that no partially or full dismantling of a stand and products is possible before the official end of Interzoo. The stand staff may also not be removed before the end of the exhibition. It is for the benefit of all the exhibitors that the exhibition runs free of disruption for its entire duration.

    Please note:

    The exhibition ends at 16:00 on the last day. Until this time, every exhibitor agrees to man his stand space with his stand personnel, not to hand over products to interested persons (except patterns, samples and promotional give-aways; see also item 20 Sales), not to start dismantling the exhibition stand. The organizer will impose a contract penalty on the exhibitor for eachcase of contravention. The contract penalty amounts to 20% of the net stand rent, subject to a minimum of EUR 2,000, plus VAT at the statutory rate. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude the exhibitor from exhibiting at future Interzoo exhibitions.

FAQ for visitors

Admission requirements

  • Do I have to be a trade visitor to be able to visit Interzoo?
    Yes, Interzoo is not open to the public on any day. Interzoo is a purely trade fair and admission is restricted exclusively to trade visitors from the relevant sectors. This enables us to ensure the competence of the events as trade fairs and the quality of the products, services and programme offered for visitors and exhibitors.
  • Are children admitted to Interzoo?
    Yes, children up to 14 years old accompanied by an adult visitor receive free admission to the exhibition. Young people of 15 years or older pay the normal price and must also provide proof of visitor status, e.g. undergoing training in the sector etc. Please note: there is no child care service at the exhibition.
  • Can I bring my dog to Interzoo?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog to the event. Muzzles are not compulsory, but please keep your dog on the lead. A valid vaccination certificate is not essential for visiting the exhibition, but if you wish to use the free dog care centre you must show a valid vaccination certificate for your dog. The dog care centre is located between Entrance Ost and hall 7A and is looked after by staff of the Nuremberg animal shelter. The dogs are housed individually in kennels; the number of places is limited and advance reservations are not possible.

Travel and services on-site

  • What address shall I enter in my navigation system?
    You can simply enter "Nürnberg". The dynamic traffic guidance system will guide you past all the queues to a vacant parking space. Alternatively, please use the following address: "Karl-Schönleben-Strasse, 90471 Nürnberg" or the special destination "Messe".
  • Where can I find parking spaces? How much do these cost? Are there disabled parking spaces?
    There are enough parking spaces on-site. Our parking guidance system guides you to the vacant parking spaces; the daily charge is EUR 12. Parking spaces for disabled people are located near the entrances.

    Accessibility on the exhibition grounds

    The Interzoo site offers barrier-free facilities for people with disabilities. All services as well as useful information for people with disabilities on how to get to the exhibition can be found here.

  • Are there pitches for caravans?
    Within walking distance of the exhibition centre, there is a camp site (KNAUS Campingpark Nuremberg), at which exhibition visitors who come with a caravan can rent pitches. No caravans can be parked on the site of the exhibition centre Nuremberg itself.
    In 2024 the Interzoo Camp will again be located directly on the exhibition grounds, close to the Entrance “Ost”.

    Equipped with electricity connections, toilet and shower containers, the Interzoo Camp offers excellent comfort for a successful and relaxed visit to the fair. The underground station “Messe” is also within walking distance, so that a visit to a restaurant in the city center is easy to realize.

    The Interzoo Camp can be booked from the beginning of December 2023 in the Interzoo TicketShop.
  • Is there a shuttle service from the airport/Nuremberg Central Station to the exhibition centre?

    No because you can reach the exhibition venue quickly and easily both from the Central Station and from the airport with public transport.

  • Are there lockers at the exhibition venue?

    Yes, there are lockers in the entrance areas "Mitte" and "Ost". Use of these is free of charge. The coin that you have to insert to lock the lockers serves as a deposit and will be returned.

    Trolleys and suitcases can also be handed in at the coat check at a charge of EUR 2 each.

  • Can I use WiFi at the exhibition venue?
    As a visitor, you are online free of charge throughout the exhibition venue.
  • Whom should I contact if I have lost something?
    Please contact the Security Control Unit (SCU) at T +49 9 11 86 06 70 00. They can tell you if the lost property has been turned in.
  • Can I buy something at Interzoo?

    No, there are no direct sales.

  • How to travel barrier-free? Which services provides the exhibition center?

Tickets & vouchers

  • How do I get an entrance ticket for Interzoo?

    Advance ticket sales and voucher redemption will take place online to avoid waiting times on site. For this purpose, please register and provide proof of your eligibility in our Online-TicketShop and purchase your ticket in advance or redeem your voucher code.
    After you have successfully placed your order (confirmation message "Thank you for your order"), you will receive your e-ticket by e-mail. You can also find it in your account by clicking on "View my tickets".

    Of course, you can also purchase your entrance ticket or redeem vouchers on site. Please note that a processing fee of EUR 10 will be charged for on-site redemption.

    In many countries, the international representatives of NürnbergMesse are available for ticket sales, as well as for the provision of information about visas.

  • Can I use the public transport in Nuremberg with my exhibition ticket?

    No, unfortunately, you cannot use the public transport with your ticket. You can find further information on fares etc. at

  • Is my voucher (printed voucher or electronic voucher code) valid for one or several days?
    Your voucher shall apply for admission for one day.
