Information about your participation
In your personal exhibitor area, you manage the most important tools in one central location with just one login. The following services are available to you in the exhibitor area:
- Your participation at a glance
Here you will find information about your current exhibition space, contact persons and deadlines as well as an overview of your past events.
- Online stand application incl. co-exhibitor registration
Here you can register your stand space, find an overview of your registration and stand data and register and manage your co-exhibitors.
- Online ExhibitorShop
Here you can order everything for your succesful trade fair appearance and find further important information about your participation. You can create a partner login for stand builders/agencies so that they can order services themselves. In addition, you have insight into the order history of your booked services and a document overview.
- TicketCenter
Here you can order and manage your exhibitor passes as well as set-up and dismantling passes. In addition, you can use it to invite your customers easily and efficiently.
NEW: You will not be charged for redeemed voucher codes after the exhibition.
- Digital stand construction approval (Booth+ Check)
With the stand construction approval tool Booth+ Check we offer you the possibility to give a customized overview of all relevant guidelines without having to study the complete stand construction guidelines and to individually obtain all approvals for your trade show appearance.
NEW: Starting with Interzoo 2026, multi-story stands will be permitted if desired. Please note that additional costs will arise.
You can find more information about the login under item "Login data".
To access your personal exhibitor area, you will receive your login data by e-mail after registering as a new exhibitor. The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After the first registration you will therefore be asked to change the password.
If you were an exhibitor at the previous Interzoo, you already have a personalized login, which is still valid.
In addition, we will also send you your customer number as part of the stand space confirmation. When logging in to the exhibitor area, you can generate or request your password again at any time by clicking the "Request password" button.
You will receive the invoice for your stand space at Interzoo in January 2026 by email from invoice@interzoo.com. Please note that the stand area and the obligatory services (including marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service) will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH. Other services such as complete rental stands, electricity, parking tickets will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH or the relevant service partners of NürnbergMesse. You will receive separate invoices for these services. If you are not sure whether an invoice sender is a ServicePartner of NürnbergMesse, please contact us.

The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 15:00 of the last assembly day, Monday, 11 May 2026. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.
Access to the halls during the periods for assembly and dismantling is only possible with special passes. Please note that these passes are invalid outside the specified periods.
Please note: The exhibition ends at 16:00 on the last day. Until this time, every exhibitor agrees to man his stand space with his stand personnel not to hand out any products to interested persons (except patterns, samples and promotional giveaways; see also item 20 Sales) not to start dismantling the exhibition stand.
The organizer will impose a contract penalty on the exhibitor for each case of contravention. The contract penalty amounts to 20 % of the net stand rent, subject to a minimum of EUR 2,000, plus VAT at the statutory rate. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude the exhibitor from exhibiting at future Interzoos.
Important notice: Please note that smoking is generally prohibited in the entire exhibition halls. Smoking is only permitted in specially marked areas.

We have compiled instructions for you on how to edit your online profile through SelfService.

Be the focus of trade visitors – before, during and after the trade fair. Book our exclusive marketing services in the Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area.
Suspension points, power connection, compressed air, water connection, stand construction as well as freight forwarding, working platforms, security, cleaning, hostesses, catering, WLAN, stand parties, etc. You can book all services for a successful Interzoo in our Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area. This will be activated for you when the stand space confirmation is sent.

Booth+ Check is expected to be available from November 2025 in your personal exhibitor area. Further information will be provided in a separate mailing.

In your TicketCenter you can easily manage and generate your exhibitor passes (also valid during assembly/dismantling) and assembly and dismantling passes for your stand constructors.
NEW: A local public transport ticket, valid for travelling to and from the event, for the tariff area Nürnberg/Fürth/Stein (tariff zone 100/200) is included in the exhibitor passes during Interzoo (12 – 15 May 2026).
The TicketCenter will be online in your personal exhibitor area from December 2025.
Use different ways to invite your customers:
- Send your personal voucher code (redeemable up to 1,000 times). You will receive your personal voucher code separately by email.
- Send a 1:1 code (stored and retrievable in the TicketCenter) If required, it is possible to provide additional voucher codes.
Each code can be clearly assigned to a customer. - Print@home voucher
Use the printable (pdf) voucher template to provide your customers with a printed admission voucher. Use this voucher in mail campaigns or for distribution by your sales team. You will receive the voucher template separately by email.
NEW: You will not be charged for redeemed voucher codes after the exhibition.
NEW: During the Interzoo trade fair, visitor tickets include a local public transport ticket, valid for travelling to and from the event, for the tariff area Nürnberg/Fürth Stein (zone 100/200).
As part of the monitoring function, the TicketCenter also gives you the opportunity to see to whom you have already sent codes and whether or not they have already been redeemed. This gives you an ideal overview of your invitation management.
You can access the TicketCenter via your personal exhibitor area.
Register exhibitor passes for your stand personnel and assembling and dismantling passes for your assembling and dismantling team at the TicketCenter.
Exhibitor passes are valid during the duration of the trade fair and during assembly and dismantling; assembling and dismantling passes only authorize access during assembly and dismantling.
You can find the technical regulations also in the Online ExhibitorShop under "Information and Regulations". Compliance with the guidelines and regulations is mandatory and will be checked on-site by NürnbergMesse during assembly time.
