1. Edit your online profile on the website

Your online profile on the website is your most important promotional tool for your trade fair presence! Start by completing your profile with all relevant information about your company and products. Your online profile will serve as a key point of contact for all trade fair visitors. You can also include the link to your profile in your communications with customers.

2. Invite your customers

Use your personal voucher code or the voucher codes in the TicketCenter to invite your customers – free of charge!

On our download page, you will find ready-made invitation letters to invite your customers in a targeted manner. Alternatively, you can use the invitation management tool with automated dispatch of your invitations directly via the TicketCenter.

Redeeming voucher codes is free of charge for both you and your customers! There are no additional costs for you.

3. The Interzoo App

The digital companion for all trade fair participants

The Interzoo App is a multifunctional companion for all visitors. It serves as an orientation and networking tool, providing information on program highlights. Download the free app on Android and Apple devices and explore its many features.

Prepare your presence on the Interzoo app now. Use the link to the event guide that you will receive by email. Complete your free exhibitor profile and add product and brand entries to increase your visibility. You can also book paid promotional options such as banners, top-of-the-list placements, or stories, to expand your reach even further.

In addition to your exhibitor profile, all your booth staff should create personal app profiles to connect with visitors and receive personalized recommendations based on their personal settings and preferences.

Once logged into the Interzoo App, you can also easily scan participants and collect qualified leads for yourself or your company.

4. Promote your exhibition appearance with individual advertising materials

Put your company in the spotlight with meaningful, targeted advertising. Use our free advertising materials – such as banners, logos and social media assets – to easily promote your participation in Interzoo and invite your customers to your stand. We have also compiled a list of social media tips and tricks that will be available soon.
Remember to include your online profile in your communication so your customers can plan their visit to the trade fair in the best possible way.
