Systematically market your trade fair participation on social media and utilise Interzoo's reach for your company's marketing.

Social media allows you to keep a wide range of customers and potential prospects up to date on your activities, new products and day-to-day operations.
You also offer your customers an easy way to get in touch. Use social media to strengthen your brand and customer relationships!

LinkedIn, Instagram und Facebook – This it how it works!

  1. Based on your customer profile, select the platform(s) that suits you best and create a company profile there.
  2. Follow the official Interzoo channel on LinkedIn, Instagramund Facebook. This way you won't miss any news!
  3. Share our content on your channel(s) and/or comment on it.
  4. Post regular updates about your company and your participation in the trade fair on your channels and/or your company's channels!  We have put together a few trade fair storytelling ideas for your posts.
  5. Join our  Interzoo 2026 event on LinkedIn.
  6. Whenever you post something about Interzoo, please tag our official account! This will alert us to your post and allow us to respond.
  7. Always use our official hashtags #interzoo #interzoopetfamily in your posts to make it easier for  your (potential) customers and interested parties to find you.
  8. Use our Social Media Assets, to draw attention to your trade fair participation. Some of the assets can be personalised with your own company logo and stand number.
  9. Feel free to download our sample invitation letter (direkter Link zu Einladungsschreiben und Kurztexte für Social Media) to use the text modules in your social media posts (e.g. when you mention your visitor codes and invite customers).
  10. Include your company's social media accounts in your exhibitor entry in the Exhibitors & Products section of our website.
 

A few content ideas for your posts:

  • Save-the-date post for Interzoo 2026
  • Name your eCode and use it to invite visitors
  • Name your stand and hall number
  • Introduce employees (text/video clip) who will be on site
  • Make appointments on site and online
  • Announce what your customers can expect at Interzoo 2026 (text, photos, videos, …)
  • Post a video clip with a personal invitation from the Managing Director/Marketing Director/etc.
 

It is going to be exciting! Let your followers experience it too by posting photos and videos of the preperations. 

  • Post behind-the-scenes content from your preparations for the trade fair (meetings, stand construction, preparation of documents, etc.)
  • Post behind-the-scenes content from the journey to Nuremberg and during set up.
 
  • Post impressions during the exhibition
  • Post pictures with your visitors
  • Give an insight into the products presented on your stand
 
  • Thank all participants and point out your exhibitor/product listing on our website and Interzoo App.
  • Post impressions and summaries from Interzoo 2026
  • Share quotes from employees, customers, partners, …
 

Your personalised online profile will be available for at least six months after the trade fair, providing a good opportunity to showcase your services for at least a year afterwards. Use your social media presence to draw attention to it.

  • Link your online profile to our Exhibitors and Products section on your social media.
  • Promote your profile directly in your marketing activities.
