Exhibitors who register by 31 May 2025 will receive preferential consideration for their stand placement. A preferred placement allows exhibitors to position themselves optimally for trade fair visitors and business partners, and to reuse, adapt, or expand existing stand constructions. Please note: There is no legal entitlement to a specific stand location, and for organisational reasons, the time of registration is not the only determining factor.
WZF therefore recommends that all exhibitors who wish to secure a specific stand position — whether their previous location or a new one — complete their registration for Interzoo 2026 as early as possible, ideally by 31 May 2025, and specify their stand preferences in the registration form.
