The Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (WZF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ZZF, the leading German professional and trade association Zentralverband Zoologischer Fachbetriebe (ZZF).

The ZZF focuses on the responsible treatment of pets and the joy of living with pets. The association is committed to optimising the framework conditions for the economic activities of those involved in the pet industry. Its ethical stance forms the basis for the activities of its subsidiary WZF.
