GAP is the abbreviation of good Agricultural practice (Good Agricultural Practice), which is mainly aimed at the planting and breeding of primary agricultural products. It pays attention to animal welfare, environmental protection, the health, safety and welfare of workers, and ensures that primary agricultural producers produce safe and healthy products. It is based on hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP), good health practices, sustainable development of agriculture and continuous improvement of farm system to avoid serious pollution of foreign substances in the production of agricultural products and product hazards caused by improper operation of agricultural processes.
