The workshopoperates with fully automated baking lines, scalable to a total capacity of 10 MT/h (2 MT/h per line), supporting multiple specifications of baked pet food. We take advanced fresh-lock baking technology as the core to create pet food with both a crispy granular texture and a natural original aroma. We aim to build Asia's largest baked pet food production base! Separation of baking and roasting, radiation heat transfer technology, and rapid heating within 5 minutes. The surface layer undergoes high-temperature treatment to produce the Maillard reaction, effectively eliminating the risk of pet diarrhea. The drying material temperature is maintained for more than 40 minutes.
