Arma Pharmaceuticals, which has been operating in the field of animal health since 2006, joined HEKTAŞ Ticaret Türk A.Ş., a company of OYAK Group operating in the chemical and agricultural sectors, in 2021. Following this merger, Arma Pharmaceuticals entered a comprehensive transformation process; with the motto "One Health, One Arma", it significantly increased its strength and brand awareness in the sector by expanding its product portfolio.

Arma Pharmaceuticals, aiming to further advance its expertise in animal health, decided to enter the pet food sector and made a production facility investment in Manyas in 2021. Arma Pharmaceuticals, which attracted attention with its successful growth, was acquired by OYAK Food and Agriculture Holding A.Ş. in 2023.
