Product information

Caridina multidentata (Amano shrimp) is one of the native species in Taiwan and Japan. Like most indigenous shrimp in Taiwan, it eats algae as its main food. Its ability to eat algae is better than other Atyidae species, so it is regarded as an indispensable "Algae shrimp", which is capable of removing algae effectively and maintaining the ecological balance in aquariums. Currently, Taiwan is the main producer of Amano shrimp. However, the wild species population is declining because of the large amount of human fishing. In order to protect the sustainability and balance of Taiwan's wild resources, we have cooperated with shrimp-breeding farms to develop artificially-bred Amano shrimp, which not only reduces the captured pressure on the wild species but also provides high-quality shrimp to supply the market demand.

Neocaridina Shrimp is a variant of a freshwater dwarf shrimp (Neocaridina denticulate) that originates from Taiwan. In the early period, it was often used to remove algae and feeding residue, or used as fish feed. In recent years, the breeding series with a variety of colors bred and improved by fish farmers through several years have become an indispensable role in aquariums. In addition to the common red series (known as cherry shrimp) traded in the aquarium market, currently, there is a variety of colors including yellow, blue, orange, black, green, and white. Moreover, recently even the artwork-like Rili Shrimp has appeared; the middle section of its body appears to be clear and transparent, while its head and tail maintain their bright coloration. The improved Neocaridina Shrimp is very popular in the aquarium market because it has colorful and diverse appearance, is easy to rear, and only requires a small living space, like a Nano tank.

Anubias barteri var. nana has become one of the most popular aquatic plants in the aquarium because it has stronger adaptability to the environment and is relatively easy to be planted. Due to Taiwan’s unique climate, it has emerald-green color and plump leaves different from other countries, which is deeply loved by customers internationally. Anubias barteri var. nana is also widely used in various aquascaping; whether it is taken as the main body or as an embellishment, it can always attract people’s attention and bring a fresh sensation to its viewers. We can provide a variety of Anubias barteri var. nana, such as Golden Nana, Petite Nana, Variegated Nana, Coin Nana, Kirin Nana, Jade Nana, etc.
