Arbiom aims to feed the world in a sustainable and healthy way by mastering the art of fermentation and feedstock flexibility. We are able to produce high-quality protein ingredients by tapping into nature-based solutions. Through a natural yeast fermentation process, we combine nutrition and taste of animal proteins, with sustainability and health benefits of plant proteins.

Resulting SylPro^®, our protein-rich ingredient dedicated to a sustainable feed nutrition. Created by yeast fermentation, SylPro^® is a single-cell protein (SPC) with up to 55% protein content and a well-balanced amino acid profile. With class-leading digestibility, improved taste and gut-health benefits, it is an ideal sustainable source of proteins for feed manufacturers.

SylPro^® can be used as an extra protein source either for premium pet food, aquafeed, wealing pigs and poultry diets, or as a primary protein for vegan and vegetarian diets. It is vegan, non-GMO, globally approved for feed nutrition and has been tasted in several in-vivo trials in more than 10+ species.

Arbiom is now focusing on its industrial deployment and getting ready to build its first plant in France. It will produce 10,000 tons of ingredients per year, to bring an alternative protein source to feed & food manufacturers.
