New app, new marketing and advertising opportunities
The new Interzoo App plays a key role: it connects the physical with the digital world, supports the trade fair participation before, during and after the event and facilitates your interaction with visitors and other exhibitors through a variety of new functions and presentation opportunities.
What is new?
The new Interzoo App offers you a plenty of opportunities to enhance your trade show presence digitally through various participation packages and additional marketing services. Therefore, we would like to support you in expanding your basic entry with additional segments, such as trademarks, booth personnel, multimedia or exhibitor news, and to realize the branding on your own. For example, you can place yourself in the center of visitors' interest through additional marketing services, such as push notifications, advertising banners, top-of-the-list entries or storytelling. Furthermore, the new function of QR code scanning offers comfortable access to and handling of your product highlights. Assign the provided QR codes to your exhibits and direct visitors to the detailed pages in the Interzoo App providing customized information.

You can maintain the contents of the "Extended exhibitor profile" and the "Exhibitor news" easily and comfortably via your own access to the backend. Therefore, you will receive a so-called "self-service link" from us. You can find instructions here .
All other marketing services will be added to the app by us. Please send the booked content to email@example.com.
Certainly, your booked marketing services will already be visible in advance of Interzoo. You will receive your access to the backend (self-service link) a few days after booking. You can publish the content of the "Extended exhibitor profile" directly into the app. This content will be displayed in the app within one day.
Changes can be made at any time and as often as you like. The advertising banners you have booked will be placed immediately after we will have received the file. The services "Push notification to all users" and "Tell your story" are visible on the respective days booked. All other services will be visible a few days after booking.
Your booked marketing services will be visible in the app at least for 2 months after the end of Interzoo 2022. The services "Push notification to all users" and "Tell your story" are only visible on the booked days.
No. It is not necessary to manage your app profile during the trade fair period. Your content can already be placed in the app. Marketing services such as "push notifications" or "storytelling" will be displayed by us on the booked days. If your booth staff may also be contacted during Interzoo via the appointment request and chat function, you can add booth staff to the app with the "Plus" or "Premium" participation packages. This is of course completely voluntary.
No. All basic functions are immediately available to users after the download of the app. Some additional functions, such as the networking function or the integrated ticket wallet, can only be accessed after buying a ticket.
You can search for visitors and other participants on a personal level via the networking function and send contact requests. Exhibitors who booked the participation packages "Plus" or "Premium" have the possibility to match the personal profiles of their employees to the exhibitor profile as booth staff.
