Do I need to be a trade visitor in order to visit Interzoo?
Yes, Interzoo is not open to the public on any day. Interzoo is a purely trade fair and admission is restricted exclusively to trade visitors from the relevant sectors. This enables us to ensure the competence of the events as trade fairs and the quality of the products, services and programme offered for visitors and exhibitors.

Is it allowed to bring my child to Interzoo?
Children up to 14 years old accompanied by an adult visitor receive free admission to the exhibition. Young people of 15 years or older pay the normal price and must also provide proof of visitor status, e.g. undergoing training in the sector etc. You are welcome to use our free child care service at the exhibition, where expert staff look after your children of 3 years or older during your visit. The exhibition nursery is located in NCC Mitte, Room Mailand.
Can I bring my dog to Interzoo?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog to the event. Muzzles are not compulsory, but please keep your dog on the lead. A valid vaccination certificate is not essential for visiting the exhibition, but if you wish to use the free dog care centre you must show a valid vaccination certificate for your dog. The dog care centre is located between Entrance Ost and hall 7A and is looked after by staff of the Nuremberg animal shelter. The dogs are housed individually in kennels; the number of places is limited and advance reservations are not possible.
May I take a trolley or case to Interzoo?
No, this is not allowed for security reasons. In the past years there have been an increasing number of complaints from exhibitors about the theft of exhibits and accidents in the gangways. You can leave your trolley or case free of charge at the cloakroom.
What address shall I enter in my navigation system?
You can simply enter "Nürnberg". The dynamic traffic guidance system will guide you past all the queues to a vacant parking space. Alternatively, please use the following address:"Karl-Schönleben-Strasse, 90471 Nürnberg" or the special destination "Messe".
Where can I find parking spaces? How much do these cost? Are there disabled parking spaces?
There are enough parking spaces on-site. Our parking guidance system guides you to the vacant parking spaces; the charge for a 1-day parking permit is EUR 9 and for a permanent parking permit (4 days) EUR 32 during Interzoo. You can receive information by telephone at +49 911 8606 0. Parking spaces for disabled people are located near the entrances.
Are there pitches for caravans?
Within walking distance of the exhibition centre, there is a camp site, at which exhibition visitors who come with a caravan can rent pitches. No caravans can be parked on the site of the exhibition centre Nuremberg itself.
Is there a shuttle service from the airport/Nuremberg Central Station to the exhibition centre?
No because you can reach the exhibition venue quickly and easily both from the Central Station and from the airport with public transport. You can find further information on this in our travel tips.
Are there lockers at the exhibition venue?
Yes. Lockers are available in the entrance areas. You can also leave your coat or luggage at the cloakrooms at any time.
Can I use WiFi at the exhibition venue?
Yes, as a visitor at Interzoo you have free Internet access on the whole exhibition site, except in the car parks.
We also offer high speed WiFi access for the sending and use of larger quantities of data. For EUR 5 per hour with minute-based billing or for a whole day for EUR 25, depending on your requirements.
Where can I find a restaurant at the exhibition venue?
In ourfloor plan, you can find the locations of cafés, restaurants and all the exhibition's other facilities.
Where can I charge my mobile at the exhibition venue?
Various charging units are available for free use in the Business Lounge between halls 4 and 5.
Whom should I contact if I have lost something?
Please contact our colleagues from Facility Service in the entrance area of Service Center Mitte.
Can I buy something at Interzoo?
No, direct selling is not allowed.
