Stand parties for customers – event registration and organisation

Interzoo exhibitors can host stand parties for their customers and business partners on Wednesday 20 May 2020 from 18:00. These evening events must be registered in good time in the online exhibitor shop and certain guidelines must be followed. These include the payment of royalties to GEMA (performance rights organization) for the use of recorded and/or live music. Exhibitors are responsible for registering with the district management of GEMA in Stuttgart (www.gema.de/en). Guests entering the exhibition venue before the fair finishes need a valid entry ticket; those entering the exhibition venue after the end of the fair need a written invitation from the exhibitor.

Exhibitors should organize their stand party in good time. We recommend that you invite your guests personally before the trade fair, preferably using an RSVP. This makes it easier to plan the catering required. The Interzoo team is happy to offer advice on planning a stand party.
