Interzoo.digital: Exhibitors' frequently asked questions
Interzoo.digital will take place from 1 – 4 June 2021. Registered participants can join the digital platform from anywhere in the world.
The Interzoo.digital platform will open to registered exhibitors in mid-April 2021. From the mid-May 2021, trade visitors and media representatives will be able to maintain their profiles and familiarize themselves with the platform. From 1 – 4 June 2021, the entire industry will meet at Interzoo.digital. In addition to live networking, the participants will also have access to your company presentation and the exciting live conferences and news. After the event, the platform will be available to registered participants until 30 June 2021. During this period, participants can continue to access all on-demand content.
The platform will of course be available and usable in German and English.
The pandemic situation remains difficult, also for the pet industry. By opting for a purely digital Interzoo in 2021, we are giving exhibitors and trade visitors the greatest possible planning security. We have developed an alternative concept with which we, as the world's leading trade fair for the pet industry, offer a reliable platform for global networks, business, content and news. In terms of content, the event will be highly relevant, as the industry depends on business discussions, professional exchange and orientation, especially in these challenging times. The digital exhibitor packages for Interzoo.digital 2021 offer you the opportunity to present your brand or company online in the best possible way. The virtual platform of Interzoo.digital will also support you in communicating your company and marketing goals, presenting your product highlights, as well as finding new business partners and customers in a targeted manner and thus optimally expanding and maintaining your network. We have developed a solution so that your participation as an exhibitor pays off at all levels. In addition, a leading trade fair such as Interzoo, which has existed since 1953, can rely on a grown and loyal customer base.Because the pet industry is suffering from the crisis, participation in Interzoo.digital as a showcase for the industry and as an efficient sales channel is so important. And it is precisely in difficult times that it shows how valuable a strong network is.
As an exhibitor, you have various options for participating in Interzoo.digital. You can choose between different packages, which can each be upgraded with communication and advertising options. You can find more information and prices here .
There is no official registration deadline for the exhibitor packages. We recommend that you register by 25 May 2021 in order to create your company presentation in good time before the start and to familiarize yourself with the platform. Registration as an exhibitor is no longer possible on the first day of the event for technical reasons.
In order to access the platform, it is necessary to register an exhibitor pass in advance. We have already stored exhibitor passes for you and your employees in the TicketCenter as a standard.
Registered exhibitors will receive the access data for the TicketCenter by e-mail with the subject: Interzoo.digital 2021: Your information on the TicketCenter and TicketShop. You can find the login section for the TicketCenter here.
As soon as you have registered as an exhibitor for Interzoo.digital, your registration will be processed by the Interzoo team. After a few days you will receive the order confirmation and an invoice for the booked exhibitor package. It is important here that the bill must be paid before Interzoo.digital begins, otherwise your access to the platform will be blocked until the invoice has been paid.
Please note that each person needs to register with his or her own email address, as this is linked to the participant profile and to the access to the digital platform. The employees of the exhibiting company are clearly identified by the platform as "exhibitors" and can therefore be clearly distinguished from the "visitors".
After you have registered your employees and yourself in the TicketCenter, they will receive an exhibitor pass by e-mail which must be registered in the TicketShop. After completing the registration in the TicketShop, you will automatically receive access to the platform.
Preparation and technical issues
For access, browsers that meet the specified versions at least are required: Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0, Google™ Chrome™ 5.0 or Safari® 14. If you use Internet Explorer, you will have to expect significant display limitations. For full communication with exhibitors and visitors, Interzoo.digital requires access rights to the microphone and, if applicable, the camera of your computer. When visiting the platform for the first time, it is advisable to carry out the system check offered on the platform. Please check whether your computer supports audio or video communication on this page and follow the instructions on the check page to be able to resolve possible problems.
Interzoo.digital was developed for use on the desktop computers. You can also use the platform via a tablet that is larger than 12 inches. To benefit from the full range of functions, we recommend to use a desktop computer or a laptop.
You can design your company profile via the so-called self-service link. Registered exhibitors will receive this link by e-mail with the subject: Your self-service link for Interzoo.digital 2021
The self-service link takes you directly to your personal “content self-service” in the back end of the platform. Here you can create your exhibitor profile including your logo and social media links as well as brand and product details, videos, images and PDFs.

Please note that the self-service link is only used to maintain the content of your exhibitor profile in the back-end and does not yet provide access to the platform.
In the TicketCenter, you can: download voucher codes, run professional invitation mailing campaigns and check who has already accepted your invitation. Visitor voucher codes are available to you free of charge and unlimited.
You have the option to generate voucher codes, which will be sent to you by e-mail or you can use the download function to send them to your customers. Your customer registers himself in the VoucherShop and receives his free ticket.
Or you can contact customers directly by e-mail via the integrated invitation management. Use our e-mail template to send a voucher code directly to your customers. Your customer is linked to the VoucherShop and completes his registration there.
