Ticket purchase / registration
As of now, you can buy a ticket in our TicketShop or redeem a voucher from an exhibitor and thus register as a participant. You will immediately receive a confirmation email about your registration in the TicketShop and a link for access to the digital platform. Authentication has already taken place via this link and you will be taken directly to the platform and can access the entire digital offering.
The e-ticket is valid for the entire event from 1-4 June 2021. You can login before the official start of Interzoo.digital. From the middle of May you will have access to the platform to familiarize yourself with the functions of the platform, to create your user profile, and start arranging meetings for the event days. And even after the event, many content and functions will still be available until June 30, 2021.
Interzoo.digital is the digital event platform and the global meeting place for the pet industry. Due to the continuing worldwide corona pandemic, Interzoo will take place from 1 to 4 June 2021 purely digitally as Interzoo.digital.
The digital event platform brings the Interzoo to your home. It offers you an international market overview of products and services of companies, provides information on the current industry topics and discusses strategies of professional and species-appropriate keeping of pets. Visitors benefit from the extensive digital list of exhibitors with detailed company profiles, products and services offered and personalised contact data. In addition, the participants can contact the company's employees directly or reserve an appointment. A personal digital calendar of events and video and chat services achieves targeted networking between exhibitors and visitors. The digital program with exciting lectures, topic-oriented virtual cafés and expert chats offers current information from the industry.
Interzoo.digital takes place from 1 to 4 June 2021 and is open around-the-clock. You can login before the official start of Interzoo.digital. From the beginning / middle of May you will have access to the platform to familiarize yourself with the functions of the platform, to create your user profile, and start arranging meetings for the event days.
Yes, Interzoo.digital will remain open after 4 June until 30 June 2021. Most of the functions will then still be available to you. You will have the opportunity to get in contact with other participants and expand your network. You will find the contributions to the technical program in our online archive after the event.
The platform will of course be available and usable in German and English.
Interzoo.digital is aimed exclusively at trade visitors from the international pet supplies sector.
The supporting programme is an essential part of Interzoo.digital. The ticket for Interzoo.digital includes access to the online platform as well as to all presentations on our digital stages.
Preparation and technical issues
During the onboarding, you’ll register on the digital platform, create your personal profile, and define your interests in order to benefit from matchmaking as best as possible. The matchmaking tool will support you during the event by suggesting the most relevant contacts for you from among the full list of participants.
You decide in which level of detail your personal profile is visible to other participants. It is up to you whether you want to upload a profile photo, link your social media channels, or provide information that goes beyond the mandatory information. The profile you have created is visible on the platform to other participants for the duration of the digital event, in order to enable contact to be made. Active communication is also possible after the event has officially closed, so that it is still possible to contact exhibitors and other participants via the platform until 30 June 2021.
As a participant on the platform, you have the opportunity to get in touch with all other participants at any time. Various communication tools are embedded for this purpose - you can communicate directly and spontaneously with all participants via the chat or video call function. Alternatively, you can also use the integrated appointment scheduling tool to plan your meetings. You don't have to be networked to get in touch with other participants.
With the "Do not disturb" function, you signal to the other participants that you do not want to be contacted at this moment. In addition, you cannot be called via video call. It is also possible to deactivate networks. This means that your profile does not appear in the networking tool.
You can make appointments in the soft opening phase. This starts in mid-May. The platform will be available from that point onwards, and you can create your personal profile, define your matchmaking criteria, compile a personal alerts list from the programme of presentations, and start arranging meetings with exhibitors for the event days.
For access, browsers that meet the specified versions at least are required: Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0, Google™ Chrome™ 5.0 or Safari® 14. If you use Internet Explorer, you will have to expect significant display limitations. For full communication with exhibitors and visitors, Interzoo.digital requires access rights to the microphone and, if applicable, the camera of your computer. When visiting the platform for the first time, it is advisable to carry out the system check offered on the platform. Please check whether your computer supports audio or video communication on this page and follow the instructions on the check page to be able to resolve possible problems.
Interzoo.digital was developed for use on the desktop computers. You can also use the platform via a tablet that is larger than 12 inches. To benefit from the full range of functions, we recommend to use a desktop computer or a laptop.
