The company was founded in Turin in 1982 thanks to the passion of its founder, Luigi Rossi, for the world of aquariums, a passion that had already begun in the early '70s when this was still an almost unknown product.
At the beginning Aquarialand was structured as a wholesaler distributing nationally various brands of the sector from all over the world, but with the passing of the years the constant investments in research and innovation led the company to become a producer and distributor of its own brand "BY HAQUOSS".
Today Aquarialand operates internationally with a portfolio of about 1,000 products, entirely dedicated to the aquarium sector, always maintaining the same initial passion thanks to the second entrepreneurial generation represented by the founder's son, Edoardo Rossi.
Developing gradually, from 2010 to today the company has reached various goals obtaining the authorization to package its products on site, the classification as a "feed production plant" to produce feed for fish, turtles and reptiles, the introduction of automatic machinery for the packaging and labelling of products.
The constant vision to the future and the passion for this sector lead the company to introduce new products every year investing resources in quality and control of them, before being put on the market, thanks also to the collaboration with professional laboratories dedicated to the creation of company formulas, product registration and the development of new technologies to be introduced in the sector.
These important points allow Aquarialand not only to distribute its own brand worldwide but also to be a valid and excellent partner for OEM and PRIVATE LABEL productions.
