Participants: ZZF’s Trade expert group holds seminars for ZZF members and others at two different locations late in the year. The seminars are aimed at managers of specialist pet stores and their staff. As well as tours of production and wholesale companies, they cover topics intended to support day-to-day work in specialist trade. The focus is always on live animals and practical work in the specialist pet trade.
