petMOD® INTESTINAL R was formulated for the digestive system of rabbits and small rodents.

Its innovative components encourage the correct resumption of digestion and normal peristalsis when used during typical pathological conditions
such as gastrointestinal stasis, enteritis and all those pathologies that lead to an alteration in the physiological peristalsis of lagomorphs.

It also encourages the return to correct levels of physiological intestinal microbiota.

Biotechnology for Nutrition

Since the beginning of its activity, in 1974, Prosol has been governed by its core values: innovation and biotechnology research in each of its business area. Our mission is to develop nutritional solutions based on Yeasts for different applications, with particular attention to issues of safety and wholesomeness.

Prosol manufactures nutritional ingredients for infant formula, food and animal nutrition supplements, to improve gut health, immune response, performance and enhance food taste while respecting natural processes. Thanks to its in-house developed technology, Prosol production is totally sustainable, without the use of organic chemical solvents.

Prosol is one of the three major world producer of Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) from yeast through organic solvents free process and one of the very few in Europe.

We are located in Madone, in Northern Italy. Our site covers a surface of 28,000 square meters, which host production departments, warehouses, laboratories and offices. Prosol has 50 employees and 27 local Distributors spread in each continent. 80% of production is exported to 50 Countries abroad.

Our work obtained important quality certifications: Prosol is ISO 9001,14001,45001, GMP+, IFS certified.

R&D

More than 20 research protocols and 10 characterization and stability studies were performed in the last two years on our new products, most of them in partnership with estimated Universities and Research Institutes and their spin-offs, specialized on the latest topics in nutrition. We constantly strive to find new natural and functional solutions for the supplements industry through biotechnology applied to Yeast. Prosol projects, studies and develops the following concepts:
