We’re a small company with a big heart, putting your dog’s health and happiness at the forefront of everything we do.

We have a clear vision to make highly nutritious dog food using minimally processed, fresh, natural ingredients to keep your dogs’ fit, healthy and happy, so they can thrive and live their best lives possible.

And it all started with a beautiful black Labrador called Alpha.

I’m Fatima and this is Alpha, my inspiration for launching Tribal. After he joined our family, I soon discovered that dog treats were made with boring ingredients, nothing fresh or exciting, so I got to work developing an exciting range of treats using nature’s superfoods.

With my science background, specialising in natural products, I’ve always had an interest in fresh ingredients that have proven health benefits. I used to raw feed Alpha, but I wanted to find a convenient alternative. That’s when Fresh Pressed™ came to life – it’s gently cooked at low temperatures, and is the only cold-pressed dog food that’s made with fresh meat.

Our 80% meat gourmet sausages soon followed, which come in six different varieties, so now the Tribal range has something for every dog because every dog deserves fresh, natural nutrition.

Our philosophy is simple: a truly nutritious food is made with fresh, natural ingredients that have been minimally processed.

In the simplest terms, fresh meat is much easier to digest than meat that has been dried and powdered at high temperatures. We pioneered the first cold pressed dog food to be made with only fresh meat, and our sausages and treats too!

All of our complete foods are formulated to FEDIAF standards by expert nutritionists.

We’ve redesigned our packaging to reduce our impact on the environment and are now carbon neutral – but this is just the start. You won't find Tribal on the supermarket shelves; we're only available through specialist pet stores run by passionate people – like Rob from Wild West Pet in Pool, an award-winning family-owned business.

Specialist pet stores can offer nutritional advice and information on the products they stock such as which foods are suitable for dogs with allergies or how to tackle fussy eaters. We’re proud of our network of stockists and support small businesses and the local high street.

Overseeing the business on a daily basis, I am always on hand to answer any questions or concerns regarding nutrition, to ensure you get the very most out of your pet food from a team which really cares.
