While searching for an effective feed supplement to reduce pain and improve behavioral problems, Virginia Fox and Inga Klaer stumbled upon CBD, a fascinating component of the hemp plant. This substance has no intoxicating effects. Instead, it supports the nervous system with its anti-inflammatory, anticonvulsant and anxiety-relieving properties.

This discovery motivated Fox and Klaer to start combining high-quality ingredients, all tailored to support the animals’ wellbeing, and baking them into delicious biscuits. They were delighted to observe the positive effect that the biscuits had on the health and behavior of their selected test subjects within a very short time. Their general condition improved and they became more even-tempered.

Over the course of a year, Fox and Klaer carried out a series of tests, under veterinary supervision, using CBD extracted from medicinal hemp. Their patients were animals with anxiety, behavioral problems, and/or chronic pain. The results were overwhelmingly positive.

This resounding success spurred them on to realize their vision, and they started looking for the best possible partners to manufacture the biscuits professionally in line with the highest possible quality standards. In 2019, Chillax was officially launched on the market.

These Chillax products have made Chairos AG one of the leading providers of CBD products in German-speaking Europe.

We produce and sell the Chillax products via our own online stores, (www.chillax.de and www.chillax.ch), as well as a range of third-party websites. Chillax is also available to buy in retail stores (specialist stores and chains) and veterinary practices.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are still looking for strong sales partners, particularly in Germany and other European countries.
