Ludus belt

Canicross belt

The LUDUS belt from KYFLIE is suitable for hiking and canicross practice. It is composed of a soft comfortable cushioning lumbar foam and breathable mesh fabric. Simple to put on, easy to adjust and clip on.

Fully adjustable

The lateral openings stabilize the belt on the hips. The two leash straps are adjustable so as not to fall on the thighs. They slide laterally in the fabric panel so that the hips stay in the axis when the dog changes direction.

Reflective zipped pocket

A large zipped storage pocket for your accessories is sited at the back of the belt with a reflective strip to be visible at night.

Shock absorber

The elastic structure all along the leash provides a good shock absorption when the dog is pulling, giving a maximum comfort during the effort as much for the back of the dog as for its owner.

Upper handle and traffic handle

The upper handle can be used for walking and as a point of attachement to the belt. The traffic handle enables you to control the dog at heel or just in front of you for canicross starts.

Knotless design

The rotating and resistant swivel snap hook prevents the leash from twisting on itself when the dog spins in circles. The tubular webbing is soft touch for a comfortable grip. The elastic is assembled with the webbing by stitching, without knots.

Easy to put on, respects the dog’s mouvements

Easy and fast to put on the neck of the dog thanks to its fixed V-shaped neckline. This V-shape allows to concentrate the pulling load on the shoulder and chest area.

Ergonomic and comfortable

Its ergonomic shape respects the clearance of the shoulder for a good freedom of mouvement and a homogeneous distribution of the pulling load. The withers band frees the scapula area avoiding any compression of the harness while pulling.

Its back construction is in the shape of an “O” freeing the dog’s back during the grouping phase of the legs in full stroke and thus improving the propelling power of the dog in the harness. The long attachement point is ideal for pulling with a single dog, especially with a pulling point located above the dog’s back.

Soft and breathable

The inner mesh fabric is soft and breathable, its thick foam improves the comfort of the harness and protects the dog from possible injuries. Night visibility is increased thanks to the side reflective trim.

To remove the harness

The Ludus harness is very narrow around the dog’s head. Once the front legs removed from the harness, it is advisable to rotate the harness a quarter of a turn to avoid blockage at the ears when getting out the head.
