Semillas Jarad, Valle Galbarro, S.L.

Valle Galbarro is a Spanish business family located in El Coronil, close to Sevilla city. The company was founded in 1994 and the main activity is to produce all kind of PETFOOD based on selected seeds and cereals that we pack and distribute all around the world. The Valle family maintains a traditional business identity with the main focus on continuous improvement, growth and innovation. For all these reasons an ambitious process to build a new 6000 m2 reception and processing plant is scheduled to be finished before end 2022. This project will improve the expansion of the company.

Control Quality and certifications

Valle Galbarro has implemented a quality and environmental management system according to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.  Additionally, to comply with all the existing legal regulations regarding the recycling of packaging and packaging materials, Valle Galbarro has been a member of Ecoembres for more than a decade.   In addition, to comply with most of customer and different markets, we recently implemented our processes wiht the certification of quality IFS Food.

Our facilities

Automatic system for raw material reception, classification and cleaning.  Semi-automatic cleaning and packaging system.  2x packaging machine from 500 g to 5 kg format.

Valle Galbarro´s present storage  capacity is around 5.000 tons  for raw material and 500 pallets 500 pallets for final product
