Stacked and give maximum shelf stability even for lighter products such as coffee, tea, sugar, rice, cereals etc. Flat Bottom Bags have five panels of printable area for increased branding. Due to its unique design it helps you to save money for paying less for the space of supermarket’s shelves. In comparison to other more traditional types of packaging flat bottom reduces the weight of the packaging material and as a result reduces the amount of waste. The bottom of the Quad Seal Pouch is sealed and folded allowing it to easily stand up on the shelf.

Quad seal bag or corner seal bag gets its name from the four corners of the panels being securely sealed together. Quad Seal Bags provide great on-shelf presentation and convenient storage. This type of packaging is suitable for packing large volumes of products between 100g and 20kg. Quad Seal Pouches are quite popular for packing various food items such as coffee, tea, sweets, sports nutrition, pet food and different types of snacks.

Spout Pouches also known as fitment pouches due to ease of dispensing features are quite prevalent as a packaging option across many industries, mainly for liquid & semi – liquid products. This type of packaging is generally used for packing liquid products such as ketchup, sauces, mayonnaise, baby food, on-the-go fruit juices as well as liquid soaps, glass cleaning solutions, gels, powders and granulates. Spouts and caps are available in many different styles and sizes providing the aesthetics and powerful branding that very few packaging types can offer. Spout Pouches have a bottom gusset that allows them to stay in a vertical position, they are an innovative and convenient alternative to rigid metal, glass and plastic bottles. Your customers can easily dose your product out of the pouch and close it after usage to prevent the spoilage and leakage of the product inside. Even after the pouch has been opened the resealable spout guarantees a long shelf life and easy storage of the product. 

Spout pouches offer a powerful shelf impact that makes your products stand out from the range of rigid packaging currently on shelves, giving a big competitive advantage. Spouts for pouches can be inserted in the middle of the upper part of the pouch or to a pouch’s top corner at 0 to 45 degree angle. The first type of pouch can be filled from the spout itself and then it will be sealed to close.

On the other hand in the second type of spout pouches filling the bag takes place through the unheated top of the bag, which must be welded after filling the pouch. We can deliver spouted pouches with the cap separated (removed). The spout pouches need less space when transporting and storing, they are more environment friendly than plastic or glass bottles.
