Pro Pet Koller – Quality since 1993

The company was founded in 1993 with the aim of importing high quality pet food from North America.  First, Pro Pet Koller imported products from the USA, later from Canada.

At the same time both sons did sled dog racing with their Alaskan Huskies. Huskies have to take up water before racing. Therefore the family developed an energetic meat product for sport dogs with a nearby butcher shop from Düren. This wet food was sold as “Pro Power” especially for sled dog racers. The demand for this product was so high that they developed a product for normal active dogs on the base of meat and rice.

Out of this range the brand MAC´s was born a few years later which is the main turnover of the company. MAC´s wet food for dogs and cats are grain free, except for a few varieties and as far as possible natural. With MAC´s Soft it is offered a semi-moist food for dogs with a meat content up to 76% of meat and/or fish. As supplier for carbohydrate you will find rice or in the grain free variety potato flour. In 2015 there were introduced a range of dry food for dogs and cats. All these varieties are grain free. With MAC´s Mono Pro Pet Koller offers a single protein variety for allergy prone dogs. For the price conscious dog owner is MAC´s Go an excellent alternative in the mid-market segment.
