Exclusion Ancestral Low Grain Country Pork, Lamb and Eggs

Dorado S.r.l. manufactures one of the finest dog and cat food since 1991 in Cona, a small town near Venice - Italy. As we run pet food directly, we can give a better guaranty to all the production phases: from formulation study, to the raw materials scrupulous choice, from production control to packaging materials search. All the production phases follow the rigid protocol HACCP (Hazard analysis critical control points), which identifies specific risks, evaluates them, and finds prevention measures to prevent and check them. All the system lets the customer the best warranty for the quality of the product.  Our key points of our foods are as follows:

1. Dry animal ingredients: only dehydrated meat, no fresh meat, for a more protein concentration. Dehydrated meat comes from a cooking process, which from fresh meat, through different thermal and mechanical processes, takes out water, separates fat and gets high concentration dry meat. Before thermal process, chicken has 70/75% water and 15% protein, after the process, the product contains just 10% water and 65% protein concentration.
2. Naturally preserved, no Bha, no Bht: All pet foods contain chemical or natural antioxidants. Chemical antioxidants include BHA and BHT (E320, E321), propile gallate (E310), etoxiquine (E324). Studies about toxicity, risks and problems occurring from continuous use of these antioxidants, on dog and cat foods, are poor. Chemical antioxidant on pet food are not been studied deeply, for this reason Dorado uses only natural antioxidants, as natural tocopherols.
3. Cruelty free: we do not test our food on animals.
4. Multi-brand: according to market needs we have different lines: Veterinary Monoprotein line – Exclusion Diet, Grain free and Low grain Excluison Ancestral, Physiologic Monoprotein Exclusion Mediterraneo.
