Beef and pork lung meat is frozen fresh and separately. A special version of pork lung that has the air vacuumed out immediately after slaughter is available. This reduces lung volume by 30%, increasing the weight of the frozen blocks and saving you storage space and transport costs. The lung meat is plate frozen and delivered to you in frozen blocks. Each block is 100 x 50 x 10 cm in size and weighs approximately 40 kg. 20 blocks are packed on each non-returnable wooden pallet (100 x 100 cm).
