We make Dog Treats. They're made from "Yak Cheese" near the Himalayan Mountains by Sherpa families.
The treat is 100% organic without any mixture of chemicals, or preservatives.
The treats are hard which make it good for the Dog's teeth while the dog is chewing the treat.
"Where Tradition meets Innovation."
The Sherpas have lived near the bottom of the Himalayas for (300 to 500 years) and they have domesticated some animals to help them. An important animal is the Yak. (note: the male is called Yak while the female is called Bozo). It was useful for its fresh milk. Then, the Sherpas started turning the Bozo Milk into "Cheese" (most likely to make it easy to carry because water proof containers were uncommon). The cheese is hard and you eat it by chewing it slowly. Because there weren't good road routes at the time, the Sherpas had to walk long distances of nearly 2 to 3 days going from one village to another village, so they took the "Yak Cheese" in their pockets and ate it as Snacks during their long journey.
Because the Yak/Bozo eats the Ayurvedic plants in the Himalayan Mountains like Nepali Bozo Plant, Kharsu and Yarsha Gumba, the milk it produces is very healthy. The milk contains many vitamins and minerals. According to one Japanese laboratory research, the Yak/Bozo milk contains more than 65 different types of vitamins.
The Sherpa families also used to feed the "Yak Cheese" to their pet dogs. What they noticed was that the dog became more active, healthy looking, (and even smarter) after about 5 weeks of eating the "Yak Cheese".
Himal Sherpa Dog Cheese aspires to become the most prominent company in the pet industry while maintaining and building our reputation for innovative, healthy and high quality products.
