FAQs on proof of eligibility for trade visitors
Admission to Interzoo is restricted exclusively to trade visitors. This is the only way we can ensure the event’s competence as the world’s leading exhibition, the quality of the products and services offered and the success of your visit.
Your eligibility as a trade visitor must therefore be proved when purchasing your entrance ticket.

1. Who qualifies as a trade visitor at Interzoo?
Admissible sectors of economy:
The following are not admitted: private visitors, hobbyists, members of animal-breeding clubs, kennel clubs, aquatic clubs and all persons not employed in the sectors listed above.
- Aquatic shops and pet supply trade (retailers, chains, wholesalers)
- Equestrian sports trade
- Franchise organisations
- Garden centres and DIY stores with pet department
- Groceries, supermarkets, drugstores, discounters with pet supplies
- Grooming salons, pet boutiques, pet boarding facilities/boarding kennels
- Livestock wholesalers
- Mail-order trade, e-commerce/internet retailers with pet supplies
- Management consultants
- Manufacturers and distributors of pet, aquarium and veterinary products
- Members of pet industry associations
- Other pet business professionals, employees of zoos/animal parks
- Pet food technology
- Pet insurance companies
- Professional breeders that supply the wholesale trade
- Professional dog training schools with retail
- Publishers of trade literature
- Purchasing associations
- Seed and plant retail/wholesale trade
- Service providers, logistics, transport
- Specialist chains
- Specialist authorities/veterinary authorities
- Students of veterinary science
- Veterinarians, veterinary clinics

2. What documents are required as proof of eligibility?
- Business registration document which clearly indicates that the company trades in goods exhibited at Interzoo
- Extract from the commercial register which clearly indicates that the company trades in goods exhibited at Interzoo
- Recent supplier invoices which clearly indicate that the company trades in goods exhibited at Interzoo
- Employees can prove their eligibility with written confirmation from their employer on letterheaded paper stating that they are to visit the exhibition on behalf of the company
- Students can prove their eligibility with a valid student’s identity card and a valid matriculation certificate
- Official pass issued by an official agency / authorities entitled to admission.
- Admission vouchers supported by business registration document or other official document

Youn can also ask the VisitorService at NürnbergMesse for an order form, which you can then return by fax. Your tickets are sent to you by post in good time before the exhibition.
