Buying your ticket in advance is convenient and saves time. Your e-ticket gives you fast admission to the exhibition, as you don’t have to register and buy entrance tickets on arrival.

Service during the exhibition
Business Lounge
The Business Lounge gives the opportunity to attend to important work away from exhibition activity or to recover from a strenuous journey. The services here include drinks, copying and printing service, e-mail/telephone/fax/Internet, daily papers. Our exhibition park invites visitors to undisturbed rest and relaxation.
Guidance at the exhibition centre
You will find our information counters throughout the exhibition site. Additionally exhibition guides with all exhibitors are available in the entrance areas.
Nursery
Visitors accompanied by children can entrust them to the care of the exhibition nursery located between halls 4 and 5, where trained staff and ample toys are available. This service is only for children of 3 years or older.
Pet care centre
Visitors who bring their dogs to the exhibition can leave them at the pet care centre located between the Eingang Ost entrance and hall 7A, where they will be fed and looked after.
