Interzoo 2008: Anniversary Interzoo set new standards
The 30th Interzoo can look back on an outstanding result. At the world’s biggest exhibition for pet supplies from 22-25 May, 1,436 exhibitors (2006: 1,270) from 54 nations (2006: 56) presented an extensive range of food, grooming aids, pet accessories and services on a total display area of 89,000 square metres (2006: 78,900 square metres). 37,200 trade visitors (2006: 34,181) from 114 countries, i.e. 9 per cent more than at the previous event in 2006, used the four days of the exhibition for intensive information, talks and business. The number of exhibitors grew by 13 per cent. |

International trends at Interzoo 2008
Healthy nutrition and care, fitness accessories, natural materials, state-of-the-art technology and fashionable accessories – at the 30th edition of the Interzoo trade fair from 22 to 25 May 2008 in Nuremberg the entire focus will be on pet supplies. Over 1,400 companies from more than 50 nations will present their latest range of pet food, care supplies and accessories at the world’s largest pet supplies trade fair. The promoter, Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe GmbH (WZF – Commercial Association of Specialist Zoological Companies), expects the anniversary event to attract over 34,000 trade visitors from more than 100 countries. |

The major producers, wholesalers and service providers from the international pet supplies industry present their products and services at the world’s biggest exhibition for pet supplies in Nürnberg every two years. The exhibition promoter Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe GmbH (WZF) expects over 1,400 exhibitors from more than 50 countries at the 30th Interzoo. The latest product trends and innovations for pet keeping are presented to over 34,000 trade visitors from more than 100 countries on a record gross display area of some 89,000 square metres at the anniversary exhibition. |
